I found it outrageous that there were 5 woman there, mothers for kids, and non of them tried to help me. I find the behaviour of this hotel stuff very strange and not human.

It was one of the worst experiences in my life. I would never treat any other human being in the way I was treated. I needed to bug to help. I think it reflect very bad on holiday inn and their hospitality measurements.

Not Great. We visited with another family. Check in took forever. There were 3 people working and we still stayed on line for about a half an hour.

We paid for 2 rooms. One king and one double bed. We were not given the king room that we had asked for. The double beds are tiny and my husband and I slept in different beds for the entirety of our vacation.

In fact, we had to ask for towels to be brought up and took out our own trash. We waited 2 hours with 6 kids to be seated.

There were no other restaurants open. The building and rooms are clean, but very old. If non of these issues bother you and you want to save compared to the other resorts nearby, this is the place for you.

After getting settled in we headed down to the beach. When your ready to leave the beach and get showered up for dinner be prepared for a cold shower cause there is not hot water in the showers.
