I then called and emailed with receiving the the same response from Chanoa. After over a month of waiting we were told it was sent to the MIS department and we would hear something that day.

Service was very bad. So bad others walked out after being ignored for at least half hour. Eating at the View is a crap shoot. Keep expectations low.
